- The frequency of cleaning our public areas has been increased, several times a
day : elevator, lobby, public toilets, bar, breakfast room…with particular
attention to high-touch items such as door handlers, room keys, lift button...
- The front-of-house and back-of-house are cleaned often in order to avoid the
spread of the virus.
- We
have added cleaning and disinfecting protocols when cleaning guests’rooms being
extra diligent with light switches, door handlers, safety boxes, TV remote
controls, phones, taps…
-Antiseptic
hand sanitizers have been placed throughout the hotel.
- The wellness center is opened (except steam room) but each part has to be privatized for 30 minutes per room/family - we would ask you to book upon your reservation. Massages are also available.

-The access to common areas is limited for for guests moving from their room to authorised places. Consequently, breakfasts and meals have to be taken in the room. Our snack menu is available for room service only. Our partner caterer has implemented a delivery service and some restaurants in Chamonix and Argentiere, are offering take-away meals. - Special cancellation policies have been implemented. During winter season (2020-2021), reservations can be cancelled without fees up to 48 hours before the arrival day. (except non-refundable offers or group bookings). Until mid-January, a credit card is asked to secure a booking but no deposit has to be paid.
- Dematerialized payment are favored.
- Brochures and menus are available online or with a QR code.
