Deposit
Reservations will be considered confirmed only if accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the stay. The outstanding balance will be settled at the end of the stay.

Cancellations
More than 30 days before arrival : return of deposit
From 30 to 15 days before arrival : 30% of stay will be charged
Less than 15 days before arrival : 100% of stay will be charged.

Shortened Stay
In the event of a shortened stay, if departure is not notified 48 hours prior to the anticipated date of leaving, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Arrivals / Departures
Rooms are available from 4.00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. (a changing room is available).

Animals
Animals are not allowed in the communal areas, in the Mountain Spirit rooms, or in the suites.

Start of week
Monday - Wednesday excluding Christmas, New Year and school holidays.

End of Week
Thursday - Sunday.
